I didn’t think I needed to meet with or work with another agent. But I must say that I am truly glad we met. We had located a property ourselves and Peter was the listing agent. We made the appointment and liked Peter from the very start. He impressed us as being very knowledgeable of real estate in general and the Del Sur area specifically. The house didn’t suit us but Peter introduced us to another home same floor plan in the same community…but absolutely perfect for our needs! This was good, but it got better. We had to be out of our house by the 31st…and it was the 6th. Peter introduced me to a phenomenal lender, we got pre-qualified, made the offer and were into escrow on the 12th and closed on the 31st. Peter met us there at the house, with the keys, just as we got word that the County had recorded the sale. Peter was on top of all the moving parts of this crazy schedule. He was very accessible and accommodating to all of our questions and demands…even after the sale! I highly recommend Peter as your next real estate agent.
